  Tired? The swim team is!

With hard workouts and late practices, the swim team is indeed tired.  But senior Jack Wollerman says, “I take a lot of naps.” Coach Weiss says, “I wish we could change our time slot at McClintock, 8 (p.m.) to 10 (p.m.) practice is late.”

Mr. Weiss is the new swim coach this year. He swam competitively in a club and for Corona del Sol High School’s varsity team. He says he even “swam at the McClintock pool” He was the captain for the 2005 school year, but still admits, “I do like biking better.”

Mr. Weiss jokingly adds that he would, “love to have the cheer squad at swim meets, it would be awesome!”

Senior and co-captain Jack Wollerman says the season is going well. “A few people may even go to state,” he said. They even won their meet against Florence, despite having a smaller team.
